This popped up on Facebook this morning and I thought it was a great idea.

Variations on this exercise:

  1.  Put hands on beam and do squat ons down the beam (good if the kids are nevous to jump up on their own)
  2. Hands on beam and jump from one side to the other (bean bag between knees, for added challenge).
  3. Jump over the beam entirely – side to side – down the length.
