Conditioning with friends is more fun than doing it alone! Here are a handful of partner conditioning ideas from Mary Lee Tracy’s youtube channel for her gym in Cincinati. You’ll want to adapt and help kids as needed,depending on their age, skill and strength.
For this one, you could vary it by holding the lifted position — see which pair can hold it the longest!

I wouldn’t do this with really young ones, but for older youth & teen rec this might be fun to try!
Just make sure they can clear the jump before you ask kids to do this one!
