Rec Director 101 – Intro to Rec Directing

Are you a new Rec Director looking to go from unsure to locked-in?

Our flagship course “Intro to Rec Directing” will wrestle with big ideas and hot topics, dig into actionable tips and tricks, and guide participants through real life projects that will make your program better.

Participating Rec Directors will finish the course more confident  and more skilled — and with a community of like-minded new friends taking on the rec gym world together!

This course will be online & interactive – lasting 8 weeks – with lessons, experiments, tutorials and discussions with a group of amazing fellow participants.

New cohorts begin every Fall and every Spring!

What is the Rec Gym Pros Virtual Summit AAP?

In March 2020 we put on the gymnastics industry’s first live online conference-style event with two full days of REC & PRESCHOOL gymnastics specific education for coaches, managers & owners.

We brought together a huge community for amazing discussion, sharing and growing together.  The All Access Pass allows us to revisit those sessions and keep on learning with our amazing presenters, plus a few bonus features too!

Who is the Virtual Summit content for?

All sessions are aimed at helping rec & preschool coaches to be even better at what they do out there in the gym with the kids!  So first and foremost – this content is for coaches (new and experienced)… to get inspired, educated and full of new ideas to try out in their lessons.

Program directors and owners love these recordings as a tool for training their rec/preschool staff!  Use these videos during onboarding, at staff meetings or for mid-season inspiration for your coaches.

We know it’s not realistic (and it’s often too expensive) to send your entire rec/preschool staff to congress or to bring in a speaker for specific training — the All Access Pass brings the training to you!

You get a printable PDF with guided questions to help coaches get the most out of each session. This is a great tool for supervisors to assess (and track) learning.
