Cancellation/Refund Policy:
All refund requests for the Behind the Scenes at Metro Stars event on Oct 30, 2025 must be emailed directly to ali @ recgympros .com. Withdrawal requests made on (or before) Oct 19, 2025 will qualify for a full refund, less a $15 admin fee per registrant. Withdrawals requests made between Oct 20-28, 2025 are eligible for a refund of the full amount, less $25 admin fee. Unfortunately, no refunds are possible from Oct 29, 2025 and on). However, you can swap out any registrants from the same club at any time free of charge (please email with the name, email, role & dietary needs of your new attendee and the name of who they will replace)
