This Elf on a Shelf trend is here and doesn’t seem to be going anywhere!
So many more gyms have their own elves now since our original post on this topic back in 2018!
If you aren’t familiar with Elf on a Shelf, the idea is pretty brilliant. At my last gym, we had Coco – she loves positive attitudes, pointed toes, seeing teammates cheer each other on, watching kids learn new gymnastics skills and (of course) getting into a little bit of mischief. Coco reports back to Santa every night to let him know how things went at the gym and appears somewhere new the next day.
Of course, no one can touch her – she could lose her magic!
These days it seems like there is an elf in every gym and we love to see the shenanigans they get up to every day!
