Calling all rec directors/managers, gym owners, floor supervisors or leaders of recreational gymnastics programs! Join us for a full day exploring the topics that are the most relevant to you!
This is an alternative style conference, so we highly recommend you take a moment to read over what to expect in the info package!
In a nutshell… we’ll use a conference technique called “open space” to build an agenda collectively that addresses attendee questions, concerns, challenges and ideas. Then, the break out group structure of the event allows for attendees to connect with like-minded folks with similar interests to swap best practices and brainstorm solutions together.
In the past, attendees have come ready to discuss topics like:
- How to recruit coaches
- Managing teenagers
- Best practices for specific classes (parent & tot, boys, etc)
- Getting creative with theme weeks
- Level systems & progress reports
- Special needs programming
- Hosting special events
- Spicing up camp programs
- Recovering from COVID-19
- Marketing ideas
- … and more!
Topics always depend on what the attendees want to discuss!
When: Friday, September 24, 2021 (9am-3:30pm)
Where: Milton Springers Gymnastics Club, Milton, Ontario, Canada.
Cost: $40 (includes coffee/tea & light snacks – due to covid-19, please bring your own lunch)
Covid-19 protocols will be in place. Please expect to complete a pre-screening questionnaire, wear a mask and maintain physical distance as much as possible. Exact details will be sent to all registered participants in the week leading up to the event. In the event that the event must be cancelled due to changing Covid-19 restrictions, Rec Gym Pros will issue full refunds.
