Rec Leadership Summit - PHOENIX - Aug 6, 2026
Gather together with other Rec & Preschool Program Leaders & Decision-Makers to:
- Explore new ideas
- Swap best practices
- Get inspired to improve your program, your staff or yourself as a leader
- Connect & lean with like-minded rec gym professionals
This is event is for new and experienced:
- Rec Directors & Preschool Managers (or similar role related to any aspect of rec prorgramming)
- Gym Owners (or similar “big boss” roles)
- Rec-based coaches who are (or aspire to be) leaders & decision-makers within their club/program (aka… passionate lesson planners of all ages, camp coordinators, floor supervisors, events & party lead, etc.)

What to Expect:
It’s a full day of exploring the topics that are most relevant to you! Our Summits are an alternative style conference.
Instead of pre-determined lectures by a speaker on the stage, we use a collaborative method called “Open Space to build an agenda together (in real time!) at the start of the event that addresses the specific questions, challenges and ideas that you want to learn about.
The small breakout group structure of the event allows you to connect with like-minded leaders to swap best practices, ask questions and brainstorm solutions together.
