Teaching Cartwheels to Beginners

I came across this on the Gymnastics UK facebook page. What a neat way of teaching cartwheels (and handstands) to beginner gymnasts. All you need is some floor space and some chalk or tape.  It’s very clever and I can’t wait to try it out!
